The hotel offered complimentary beverages in the fridge. Water dispensers on each floor provided both hot and cold options, very practical. The location was near many restaurants and shops (making it easy to find dining options). The daily happy hour with free drinks was a lovely touch.
The elevator wait times during peak hours were a little longer than expected because the hotel is located in a building with offices.

ideal stay for exploring
convenient location friendly staff great interior free drinks
i found the location quite convenient, with a bus stop directly opposite and sai ying pun station a short walk away. the staff were generally friendly. i liked the hotel's interior design, it stood out for me. the free carbonated drinks and peanuts in the lounge were a plus after long days.
The happy hour was a bit crowded. Securing a seat proved slightly challenging at times.

my twin studio had two comfortable beds and ample space for luggage. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries, i found it quite practical. the air conditioning worked effectively without excessive noise.

the hotel is near various restaurants and shops, i enjoyed exploring them. access to public transportation is easy, awesome for convenient travel. the neighborhood felt safe, even late at night.

convenient location nice neighborhood free refreshments
the location is convenient. the neighborhood is beautiful. the staff members were really nice. the reception guest lounge area has 24 hours free refreshments.
the hotel looks way smaller than in pictures. the decoration is the same but it has dated quite a lot. you have to go through a commercial building to get to the lobby or rooms. it is quite deceptive.
